This sweet little thing is a dear friends’ daughter…isn’t she adorable?  Although she was a little apprehensive at first (I mean, it’s not like it’s out of the ordinary to have a bed in the middle of a clearing outside, right??) I’m so happy with the images we were able to capture.

And what you’re seeing here, folks, is a perfect star jump.  She was awesome at these, and loved showing them off!

Her little (big) family was so much fun, kept me laughing, and although I can’t prove it, I’m pretty sure I was given bunny ears behind my head at least 100 times during the course of the session.

We had so much fun wandering around Wheeler Farm on an absolutely beautiful night and this family was just so cute…both willing to do anything to get their little guy to laugh, and I get the feeling there’s a lot of laughing going on in their home, and that makes me smile!  E was such a sweet little guy who loves sneezes, blocks, Leo the Lion and really *loves* his blankie.

it has been a very busy holiday season and i have really fallen behind with my blogging. i am so sorry for that so here is the post i promised a long time ago for the wheeler farm portrait party we had in october. it was a gorgeous day and the colors were vibrant! i would like to thank all of the families for coming out their fall family portraits. i had a great time with all of you! l, logan

i love our sugar house studio. but just look at how much fun i had with little jack scullion! we went down to wheeler farm and chased ducks, climbed trees and sang old mcdonald had a farm… jack always piped in with an EE EYE EE EYE OH!!! it feels so great to get out in the early morning air with an energetic little guy like jack.
