I am so tickled to see the family year to year as the children grow in age and in number. little samri is the newest recent addition to the clan so twig wanted to come in for an updated complete family photo. we got some great shots of the family and the individual kids. since samri is the newbie i spent some extra time with her so that she can be added to the wall of kids portraits in the home.

samri is from addis-ababa, ethiopia–the capital. spencer and kuilina traveled there at the end of May to pick her up. she’s lived in an orphange since birth. her first language is amharic and she speaks it fluently. she is currently in pre-school with her brother, ron and is excelling. they might as well be twins as they give their mother double-trouble!
